Change your TSM password: Mac OS X

Registered owners of a computer using the TSM backup system can change their password using the TSM Administration page, provided they know their NetLink ID and password.

If you do not know your NetLink ID or password, but you do know the current TSM password for your node, you can use the Tivoli Storage Manager to change your password by following the directions below.

Change your password through TSM for Administrators

  1. Open TSM for Administrators.



  2. Select Tivoli Storage Manager and click OK.



  3. Enter your computer's username and password.



  4. Under the Utilities menu, select Change Password....



  5. Enter your current TSM password, followed by your new password. Verify your new password and click Change.



  6. Click OK when notified that your password change was successful.
