University Systems maintains a high-performance, monitored, and secure data centre. Members of the university community may house their servers in this facility, where rack space, power, cooling and network access are provided. The data centre is maintained and monitored for security and performance 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

How do I request or access this service?
Bring your hardware to the Computer Help Desk to request access to this service.
What is the cost for this service?
This service is provided free of charge to members of the UVic community.
When is this service available?
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be notified of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed.
Other information
Clients will be asked to sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with University Systems which further defines the terms and conditions of this service.
