COVID-19: In response to the COVID-19 situation, we have modified some UVic Computer Help Desk services to ensure the health and safety of our staff, students, and university community, including computing facilities, remote computer lab service, PaperCut Mobility printing, and remote Computer Help Desk support.

The Computer Help Desk provides information and advice to members of the university for most campus computing resources. The Help Desk also resolves problems and accepts work orders for computing equipment repair and network problems. When analysts are unable to provide instant answers, your query will be recorded and tracked in the Help Desk Online Management and Event Recording System (HOMER), which you can access any time for updates regarding your query or problem.

The Help Desk is your primary point of contact for computing and technical issues at UVic.
