Network services is upgrading the concentrator switch in ISC at 7:15 AM Thursday Sept 3.

Voice, data and wireless will be affected while the switch reloads to complete upgrades.

Work will be completed by 7:45 AM.

Effective 6 hours from now: Network services is upgrading the software on the concentrator switch in LIB at 7:15 AM Friday Sept 4.

Voice, data and wireless will be affected while the switch reloads to complete upgrades.

Work will be completed by 7:45 AM.

Effective 14 hours ago: **Update: IdentityIQ login is once again available. We are continuing to monitor the service.

IdentityIQ available at identity.uvic.ca is currently unavailable. We are aware of the problem and working on bringing it back online.
