University Systems Video Conferencing allows for face-to-face interaction with sites virtually anywhere in the world.  It also reduces travel costs and increases productivity.  We provide dedicated video conference rooms in the David Turpin Building, equipped with high-definition cameras, microphones, and flat-panel displays - all supported by trained personnel.  Remote clients can access our video conferences using dedicated video conference rooms, web browsers, telephone, and even iOS devices.

What is the cost for this service?

There is no charge for on-campus users for video conferencing. Please note a cancellation fee of $250.00 will be charged for last minute cancellations and/or no shows.

When is this service available?

Media Services Video Conferencing facilities are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Bookings outside these hours are considered on an individual basis based on staff availability.

Desktop video conferencing allows for audio and video communication with online participants using a web browser, video conferencing systems, telephone and iPad or iPhone. The desktop video conferencing service is currently powered by the BlueJeans network.

University Systems offers dedicated video conference rooms in the David Turpin Building.  Supported by trained personnel, these rooms are equipped with high-definition cameras, microphones, and flat-panel displays.   Remote clients can access these video conferences using web browsers, dedicated video conference rooms, telephone, and iPad or iPhone.
