Banner Student

Banner Student is used to query and manage student records and information. Access to this system is strictly controlled; staff members should request approval from their supervisors prior to requesting this service.

Banner Student is different from FAST Student. Faculty, staff, and instructors who require access to class information and grade submissions should see FAST Student Reporting.

How do I request or access this service?

To request this service, please complete the Student Information Access Request form. This resource can be accessed through the online tools in My page.

What is the cost for this service?

This service is provided free of charge.

When is this service available?

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed.

How do I get help with this service?

stuadmin@uvic.ca is your first point of contact for help with service, access or to report a problem.

If the problem is related to hardware or a network connection, please contact the Computer Help Desk.
