Self-serve black-and-white and colour printing is available at all Systems computer labs using funds from your ONECard Flex account. Printing services are also available in the UVic Libraries, the Faculty of Education's digital studios, Engineering Labs, Computer Science LabsSchool of Earth and Ocean Sciences lab, and Studios for Integrated Media.

You can add funds to your ONECard Flex account online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Interac Online payment at uvic.ca/onecard, using the UVic Mobile app, or in person at the ONECard office, University Food Services office, or any University Food Services dining location.

How do I request or access this service?

Current faculty, staff, and students can log in to workstations in UVic computing facilities using their NetLink ID. Documents printed from workstations are sent to a self-service printing area in each facility where you can pay for them and pick them up. On-site staff are available in all Computer Help Desk facilities to provide assistance.

What is the cost for this service?

For lab printing, black-and-white pages (print or copy) are $0.12 each; colour pages are $0.40.

When is this service available?

Printing is available during the operating hours of the computing facilities.
