Imaging
Imaging is a tool that is used to manage access to a variety of scanned and electronic documents for Administrative Systems. The Imaging tool is also referred to as BDM – Banner Document Management. Electronic documents are currently maintained for the AP Reply systems and in the Office of the Registrar for Student Admissions and Records.

How do I request or access this service?
Staff or faculty who review admission documents and/or external official transcripts can request this service by emailing stuadmin@uvic.ca.
To request access for the AP Reply systems, contact the Computer Help Desk by emailing helpdesk@uvic.ca or phoning 250-721-7687.
What is the cost for this service?
This service is provided free of charge.
When is this service available?
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed.
