FMIS Self-Service, available via My page, is an electronic self-service tool that is used to request services from Facilities Management. Facilities Management develops, operates, and maintains campus facilities. They are responsible for campus grounds, janitorial services, mail services, and building maintenance.

  • Staff

How do I request or access this service?

To request this service, you must have approval from your supervisor. Once approved, have your supervisor fill out the FMIS access request form. If you have any issues, questions, or concerns, contact the Computer Help Desk by emailing or phoning 250-721-7687. Once approved, this resource can be accessed through the online tools in My page.

What is the cost for this service?

This service is provided free of charge.

When is this service available?

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed. Facilities Management operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
