How do I request this service?
Get audiovisual event support or rent equipment by filling out the online request form. We provide audio visual support on a "first come, first serve" basis. We require at least 3 working days' advance notice.
What is the cost for this service?
Costs vary. Contact us for an estimate.
Please note we only take payment via FAST accounts.
Where is this service available?
We provide AV equipment and support only for events on site at our Gordon Head campus. If you are planning an off campus event, we can help you work with Encore Canada.
When is this service available?
The Media Services department is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requests outside our normal hours must be arranged in advance and require approval from Lance Grant, Associate Director, Client Technologies.
