An event leader will work to understand event needs, plan logistics, and coordinate technical resources supplied by University Systems or help you use a third-party event partner.
We can assist you with planning the logistics and coordinating all the technical aspects including:

How do I request this service?
Faculty and staff may request audiovisual event support or equipment rental by completing the online request form.
What is the cost for this service?
Costs vary depending on the complexity of the event, the amount of equipment or services being requested, and costs associated with the use of the third-party vendor. We can provide a preliminary budgetary estimate cost once requirements are fully understood.
When is this service available?
The Audio Visual department is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
