Voicemail and unified in-basket

Unity Voice Messaging is available for all office telephones on the University campus. Unified messaging (as compared to a basic voicemail service) greatly increases the ease with which people can move recorded voice messages around. Users can choose the unified in-basket option to deliver their voice messages directly to their Microsoft Exchange email inbox, allowing users to manage all messages from a single location using their email application.
