The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

AD Directory Services in the UVIC and OAK domains will be upgraded from the 2003 functional level to the 2012 functional level. The changes will be initiated at 4:00PM on Wednesday, May 15th, 2013 and they should be completed by 4:15PM.
The upgrade has been tested in our DEV and PRE-PROD Active Directory environments. There is no anticipated interruption in service and no action is required on your part. This message is just to let you know the work will be performed during the scheduled time.

NETDRIVE Maintenance:Tuesday @ 11:00PM

Effective date: May 21, 2013 at 11:00:00 pm(14 hours from now)
Effective 14 hours from now: We will be performing routine maintenance on NETDRIVE beginning at 11:00PM on Tuesday, May 21st. The work should be completed by Midnight.
During the maintenance window, the server will be restarted. Therefore, the following services will be affected:
- all Windows shares beginning with \uvicstorage
- all Windows shares beginning with \netdrive.uvic.ca
- all MacOS volumes served from netdrive.uvic.ca
- all managed Windows desktop which redirect folders to \uvicstoragehome
- all Windows Terminal Services sessions which redirect folders to \uvicstoragehome
Therefore, please avoid using the services listed above during the maintenance window. If you can't avoid using the services, please save your work often to minimize the risk of losing work in progress.

Effective 14 hours from now: We will be performing routine maintenance on the UVIC and OAK domain controllers beginning at 10:30 PM on Tuesday, May 21st. The work should be completed by Midnight.
