UPDATE: Intermapper Upgrade from 5.6.9 to 5.7.1 - Postponed

Effective 21 hours ago: UPDATE:

This update will be postponed until Tuesday October the 7th at 4pm.

We will be performing a minor upgrade to Intermapper on Wednesday October the 1st.

The upgrade is considered minor even though it is a full point release.

Testing has been performed on a development host since August with no issues.

The service will be unavailable for up to one hour starting at 4pm.

*COMPLETE* NETS: EDC2 Vlan Maintenance

Effective 18 hours ago: *UPDATE* This change is now complete

NOVA vlan 708 will be moved from the datacentre router in EDC2 to the wireless services router. There will be a 6 second interruption to hosts in this vlan as it it moved over.

Effective 18 hours ago: *UPDATE* This change is now complete

Network Services will be changing the vlan numbers for the uplinks to core routers on the SSM distribution router. While this work is being done user traffic will fail over to redundant links so no user impact is anticipated.

Work is scheduled to begin at 6:45am and will be completed by 7:30am

NETS: Vlan Changes for Public Access Network Vlans - Thurs. Oct. 2, 6:45am

Effective 5 hours from now: Network Services will be changing the vlan numbers for the Public Access Network routed vlans. While this work is being done user traffic will fail over to redundant links so no user impact is anticipated.

Work is scheduled to begin at 6:45am and will be completed by 7:30am

Effective 1 day from now: Network Services will be changing the vlan numbers for the routed vlans in SEC and NETS. While this work is being done user traffic will fail over to redundant links so no user impact is anticipated.

Work is scheduled to begin at 6:45am and will be completed by 7:30am

Exchange 2010 Maintenance (COMPLETED)

Effective 4 hours ago: Some of the Exchange 2010 Database LUNS will have their Disk allocation increased on the Central Storage System. The databases affected will be activated onto EDC1 location.

There is no anticipated interruption to Exchange services while the disk maintenance done.


***COMPLETED*** Maintenance completed. All Exchange 2010 servers operating normally.

Completed * Exchange 2013 Server Updates

Effective 7 hours ago: Exchange updates completed.

The latest Microsoft Exchange 2013 Cumulative Update 6 will be applied to all Exchange 2013 servers tonight, Wednesday, October 1st, between 6PM and 10PM.

No client interruption is anticipated, however in case your client disconnects from Exchange, it should automatically reconnect in several minutes when services come back on-line.
