NETS: SCI A404 Access Switch reloads 7:00 AM Sept 29 2016

Network Services will be rebooting the access switches in SCI A404 at 7 AM on Sept 29 2016.

Voice, data and wireless will be down on the 4th floor of SCI while the devices reboot.

These devices have become unresponsive to management tools and console, requiring the reboot to restore access. Clients are not currently affected, so we are scheduling this restart for tomorrow morning.


Work will be completed by 8 AM.

NETS: Switch Maintanance BEC 159a

Effective 23 hours from now: Network services will be doing work in BEC 159a on Friday 2016-09-30 @ 06:00. There will be a small outage (30-60 minutes) in voice, data, and wireless services on the 1st floor of BEC while this work is carried out.
