Effective 2 hours ago: *UPDATE* This work is now complete

Network Services will be upgrading a switch in RWA on Friday Oct. 31. This switch upgrade will affect network service for users in RWA, RHB, RPH, and RWI.

Work is scheduled to begin at 7:15am and will be completed by 7:45am

Completed * Exchange 2013 storage maintenance

Effective 18 hours ago: Storage maintenance has been successfully completed.



At 16:00 today, Exchange 2013 mailbox databases in EDC2 will be temporarily moved to EDC1, while the storage array in EDC2 is updated.

There is no interruption to Exchange clients expected. When the storage maintenance is done, the mailbox databases will be restored to normal configuration and this informed will be updated.

PaperCut Printing Services unavailable

Effective 1 day from now: PaperCut printing services will be unavailable from 10 pm to approximately 11 pm November 1, 2014 for a scheduled certificate upgrade.

Beanstream credit card processing service disruption

Effective 14 hours ago: On Thursday, October 30th between approximately 15:15 and 15:35, UVic's credit card processor, Beanstream, experienced a brief outage while Beanstream IT staff performed emergency maintenance. During the outage window, online credit card payments may not have completed successfully. All services should now be restored and functioning correctly.
