PaperCut application server OS updates

Effective 9 hours from now: Microsoft OS updates will be applied to the PaperCut production application server.

All PaperCut printing services including the online payment application at http://www.uvic.ca/pao will be unavailable for approximately two hours during this update.

Banner Extender is down

BDMS currently unavailable

RESOLVED Some Users Experiencing Issues with WebXtender

Effective 3 hours ago: UPDATE: The issue has been resolved and the INB connection to BDMS is working again.

UPDATE: The issue appears to be the connection between Banner and Xtender. Users may be able to perform some of their tasks directly on Xtender

There are reports from some users that they are not able to view images in WebXtender. We are investigating the cause of the issue and will update this message when we have more information.
