NETS: Code Upgrade - EDC2 Distribution Router - Tues. May 26, 4:00am

Effective date: May 26, 2015 at 04:00:00 am(3 days from now)

Effective 3 days from now: Network Services will be upgrading the code on the EDC2 distribution router on Tues. May 26 beginning at 4:00am. This work will cause outages for most data centre services in EDC2 for the duration of the upgrades.

Work is scheduled to begin at 4:00am and will be completed by 5:30am.

PaperCut online payment service outage

Effective 1 day from now: Due to scheduled maintenance that our payment provider Beanstream is conducting, the PaperCut online payment application at may be unavailable for a period of an hour.

Customers attempting to process transactions during this time may encounter a "system unavailable" message.
