Call Manager (Telephone) Service Patch Upgrade - POSTPONED

Effective 38 minutes from now: This work has been postponed.
Network Services will be upgrading the three Call Manager servers on Friday February 27, 2015 starting at 10:00pm. These servers manage the VoIP telephones and all call processing for the University. The servers act as a cluster and will be upgraded one at a time to minimize service disruption.

All VoIP phones should receive a firmware upgrade (reboot required) as part of the upgrade.

Raiser's Edge Unavailable 5pm - 6pm Mon March 2nd

Raiser's Edge will be unavailable on Monday March 2nd from 5pm until 6pm in order to perform required maintenance.
