Effective 1 hour ago: *UPDATE* This upgrade is now complete

Network Services will be upgrading the code on one of the secondary edge routers tomorrow at 7:00am. Users will not notice any disruption in service while the code is being upgraded.

Scheduled Print Cluster Failover: print.uvic.ca

Effective 20 hours ago: The 'print.uvic.ca' print cluster service will be moved to and then back from its secondary node today, May 8th, 2013, beginning at 12:15. Users may notice a short interruption to sending print jobs during the moves. Normal service should resume by 13:00.

Effective 17 hours ago: COMPLETE: The maintenance work is complete.

In an attempt to correct an issue on the Voicemail System that has led to message waiting indicator lights not working correctly, NETS will be performing updates that will result in a loss of voicemail service from 9pm-11pm (tonight) May 8th 2013.

Voicemail Message Indicators still experiencing issues refreshing

Effective 60 minutes ago: Network services is currently working on an issue where message indicator lights are not refreshing when voicemails are checked/received.

Please continue to manually check for voicemail until we are able to resolve this issue.
