Hardware repair

University Systems is pleased to provide current faculty, staff, and students with hardware assistance for a variety of PC and Apple devices. Client Services technicians are certified to repair and service Apple products, TSC-obtained Dell computers, and Lexmark printers; technicians can also perform Mac system upgrades such as the installation of memory, hard drives, and adapter cards.

For computers not serviced by the technicians, hardware-certified consultants at the Computer Help Desk can assist with user-installable computer hardware, such as hard drives and RAM.
