University Systems maintains a high-performance, monitored, and secure data centre. Members of the university community with servers in this facility may also have University Systems provide ongoing operational support for them. This support includes operating system updates & security patches, proactive system health monitoring & response, troubleshooting & problem resolution, and regular (daily) backups.

How do I request or access this service?

Bring your hardware to the Computer Help Desk to request access to this service.

What is the cost for this service?

This service is typically provided on an annual basis at a rate of $12.50 per month.

When is this service available?

Support services are available Monday - Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm excluding statutory holidays. Some systems maintenance can be arranged to be done outside normal business hours.

Other information

Clients will be asked to sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with University Systems which further defines the terms and conditions of this service.
