Be trustworthy

To act in a way that is consistent and can be relied upon.

Example for colleagues

Be logically consistent with your colleagues so that they can trust you and your actions. Do what you say you are going to do. Be transparent when you can’t follow through on a commitment.

Example for those who lead

Ensure your class, team, or group understands why you have made the decision you have made, and how you think it is fair and consistent.
