Be reliable

To do what you say you are going to do and what you have committed to. Be trusted to follow through on your commitments.

Example for colleagues

After joining a working group, you hold the time in your calendar to attend meetings, keep up with what is happening during those meetings and do your part to advance the work of the committee.

Example for those who lead

Follow through on your one-on-one and team commitments. Actively work to be someone your team can rely on, especially in difficult moments.
