Act with integrity

To align your words and actions; values and behaviours. Be ethically predictable even when no one is watching.

Example for colleagues

You consistently stress the importance of transparency, and you therefore are transparent about your objectives, motives and decisions.

Example for those who lead

You make decisions in a way that reflects a principled approach; those around you experience you as grounded and they are not worried about which “version” they are going to get one day to the next.
