Be inclusive

To actively engage in efforts to make others feel valued, cared for and supported. The goal is to make everyone feel like they can bring their authentic selves to the workplace.

Example for colleagues

Consider the holiday event that is planned for the end of the year, who might not feel comfortable going, and how you could make it easier for them to attend.

Example for those who lead

Take the time to listen to everyone’s perspective, not just those with the loudest voices. Do not assume because no one is complaining that everyone on your team feels psychologically safe.
