Warren Alpert Foundation Prize

The Warren Alpert Foundation Prize, in association with Harvard Medical School, recognizes and honours one or more scientists, physicians and researchers whose scientific achievements have led to the prevention, cure or treatment of human diseases or disorders, and/or whose research constitutes a seminal scientific finding that holds great promise of ultimately changing our understanding of or ability to treat disease.

Abel Prize

The Abel Prize recognizes outstanding scientific work in the field of mathematics, including mathematical aspects of computer science, mathematical physics, probability, numerical analysis and scientific computing, statistics, and also applications of mathematics in the sciences. The prize is meant to recognize contributions of extraordinary depth and influence to the mathematical sciences.

AG Huntsman Award

The AG Huntsman Award recognizes excellence of research and outstanding contributions to marine sciences. It honours marine scientists of any nationality who have had and continue to have a significant influence on the course of marine scientific thought.

Arctic Inspiration Prize

The Arctic Inspiration Prize is by the North and for the North and is a community of people and groups, including Indigenous organizations, academia, governments, non-governmental organizations, industry, philanthropy, media and arts and culture organizations, who share a common goal: to recognize northern innovation and excellence and encourage teamwork for the betterment of life in Canada’s North.

Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award

The Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award was created in 2002 by the Swedish government to promote every child’s right to great stories. This global award is given annually to a person or organization for their outstanding contribution to children’s and young adult literature.

Baillet Latour Biomedical Award

The Baillet Latour Biomedical Award recognizes the merits of a person whose work has contributed prominently to the improvement of human health in the fields of metabolic disorders, infectious diseases, neurological diseases, cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Balzan Prize

The Balzan Prize’s aim is to foster culture, the sciences and the most meritorious initiatives in the cause of humanity, peace and fraternity among peoples throughout the world. The Prizes are awarded in the subject areas: literature, moral sciences, and the arts; physical, mathematical and natural sciences and medicine; humanities, peace and fraternity among peoples. The four subject areas, two in literature, the moral sciences and the arts, and two in the physical, mathematical and natural sciences and medicine, change every year.

BC Achievement Awards

CAHR-CANFAR Excellence in Research Awards

The Canadian Association for HIV Research (CAHR) and the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR) are bestowed annually to mid-career researchers who while at the prime of their careers have achieved a track record of excellence and demonstrated a commitment to improving the lives of those living with HIV with or at risk.

Canadian Academy of Engineering Fellowship

Election to the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE) recognizes outstanding achievements and service to engineering in Canada and the world. Fellows have distinguished themselves in different sectors including business, academia and government and in different roles such as business management, executive management, technical, and university faculty. Fellows of the CAE are nominated and elected by their peers (current CAE Fellows) in view of their distinguished achievements and career-long service.

Canadian Botanical Association

The Lawson Medal, the most prestigious award of the CBA/ABC, was established "to provide a collective, formal expression of the admiration and respect of botanists in Canada for excellence in the contribution of an individual to Canadian botany." The Mary E. Elliott Service Award is given to an individual for meritorious service to CBA/ABC. The Magister Teaching Award recognizes plant biologists (CBA/ABC members or not), in their mid or late career, who have demonstrated a consistently high level of teaching excellence and teaching-related activities over at least 10 years as a faculty member at a Canadian post-secondary institution, including colleges and institutes.

Canadian Cancer Society

The Canadian Cancer Society Awards for Excellence in Cancer Research recognize individuals who have made, and are making, valuable contributions to the cancer research ecosystem in Canada. Recipients are leaders in their fields who exemplify excellence in science and outstanding service to the scientific community. The Inclusive Excellence Prize is given to an individual who has demonstrated leadership in the advancement of equity, diversity and inclusion as it relates to the cancer research ecosystem in Canada. The Lifetime Contribution Prize is given to an esteemed Canadian whose contributions to cancer research extend beyond traditional research accomplishments and outputs. The Robert L. Noble Prize is given for outstanding achievements in basic biomedical cancer research. The O. Harold Warwick Prize is given for outstanding achievements in cancer control research. The William E. Rawls Prize is given to an early career investigator whose outstanding contributions have the potential to lead to, or have already led to important advances in cancer control. The Bernard and Francine Dorval Prize is given to an early career investigator whose outstanding contributions to basic biomedical research have the potential to lead, or have already led to improved understanding of cancer treatments and/or cures.

CHLA/ABSC Canadian Hospital Librarian of the Year Award: Recognizes the contribution of an individual hospital librarian to the advancement of health care and health librarianship in Canada. CHLA/ABSC Emerging Leader Award: This award recognizes the skills, enthusiasm and energy that new health information professionals contribute to the profession. CHLA/ABSC Flower Award for Innovation and Quality Improvement: Recognizes health information professionals or teams who have created or demonstrated improvements in health sciences library services for their users or the profession through innovative thinking and approaches. Canadian Public Health Association

The R.D. Defries Award is CPHA's highest award for outstanding contributions in the broad field of public health, preference being given to Canadian contributions and individuals who have substantially supported the objectives of CPHA. Honorary Life Membership is awarded to a CPHA member for exceptional excellence as an educator, researcher or practitioner in the field of public health, as demonstrated by achievements, valuable and outstanding research or distinguished service in the advancement of public health knowledge and practice. The Certificate of Merit gives official recognition to individuals/groups/associations who have given especially noteworthy services to public health and whose contribution furthers CPHA in achieving its objectives. The Ron Draper Health Promotion Award is presented to an individual, group or organization engaged in community work who has made a significant contribution to health promotion by working in the community to: build healthy public policy, create environments that support health, enable community action, enhance personal skills, and/or re-orient health services. The CPHA National Public Health Hero Award recognizes an individual in a community of any size and composition from across the country, whose efforts have resulted in a positive difference for the public's health at the national level.

Canadian Society for Immunology

The Canadian Society for Immunology has many different awards available for it's members. Many of these awards provide the opportunity for it's CSI student members to travel to the annual CSI conference or the International Union of Immunological Societies conference.

Chemical Institute of Canada

The Alfred Bader award is presented as a mark of distinction and recognition for excellence in research in organic chemistry by a scientist who is currently working in Canada.

The Award for Research Excellence in Materials Chemistry is presented to a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant who has made an outstanding contribution to materials chemistry while working in Canada.

The Bernard Belleau Award is presented to a scientist residing in Canada who has made a distinguished contribution to the field of medicinal chemistry through research involving biochemical or organic chemical mechanisms.

The Biological and Medicinal Chemistry Lectureship Award is presented to a scientist who has made a distinguished contribution to the field of biological or medicinal chemistry within the past five years.

The Canadian Journal of Chemistry Best Paper Award recognizes the "best paper" published in the volume year of the Canadian Journal of Chemistry (CJC) by a scientist residing in Canada.

The Canadian Light Source T.K. Sham Award is presented to an individual who has made a distinguished contribution to materials chemistry both in terms of research and mentoring while working in Canada.

The Clara Benson Award is presented to recognize a woman who has made a distinguished contribution to chemistry while working in Canada.

The E.W.R. Steacie Award is presented to a scientist who has made a distinguished contribution to chemistry while working in Canada.

Fred Beamish Award recognizes an individual who demonstrates innovation in research in the field of analytical chemistry, where the research is anticipated to have significant potential for practical applications.

Gilead Award for Excellence in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is presented to a chemist as a mark of distinction and recognition for excellence in their work in equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Gilead Early Career Award for Excellence in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is presented to an early career chemist as a mark of distinction and recognition for excellence in their work in equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The IntelliSyn Pharma Research Excellence Award (formerly the Boehringer Ingelheim Research Excellence Award) is presented to a scientist residing in Canada who has made a distinguished contribution to medicinally relevant organic or biophysical chemistry while working in Canada.

The John C. Polanyi Award is presented for excellence by a scientist carrying out research in Canada in physical, theoretical or computational chemistry or chemical physics.

The Keith Fagnou Award is presented to a scientist residing in Canada who has made a distinguished contribution to organic chemistry while working in Canada. Eligible candidates must have received their Ph.D. no more than 12 years prior at the time of initial nomination.

The Keith Laidler Award recognizes outstanding early-career contributions to physical chemistry, for research carried out in Canada, by a scientist residing in Canada.

The Melanie O’Neill Young Investigator Award in Biological Chemistry is presented to a scientist residing in Canada who has made a distinguished contribution to biological chemistry while working in Canada.

The R.U. Lemieux Award is presented to an organic chemist who has made a distinguished contribution to any area of organic chemistry and who is currently working in Canada.

The Ricardo Aroca Award is presented to a scientist residing in Canada who has made a distinguished contribution to the field of analytical chemistry while working in Canada.

The Rio Tinto Award is presented to a scientist who has made a distinguished contribution to the fields of inorganic chemistry or electrochemistry while working in Canada.

The Strem Chemicals Award is presented to a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant who has made an outstanding contribution to inorganic chemistry, demonstrating exceptional promise, while working in Canada.

The Tom Ziegler Award is presented in honour of Prof. Tom Ziegler (1945-2015) to a scientist residing in Canada who has made an outstanding early-career contribution to theoretical and/or computational chemistry.

The W.A.E. McBryde Medal is presented to a young scientist working in Canada who has made a significant achievement in pure or applied analytical chemistry.

City of Victoria Honorary Citizen

The City’s Honorary Citizen Award celebrates those who have performed outstanding service for the betterment of our community and personal achievements.

Colton Medal

This award, which may be given in any field or discipline, recognizes substantive contribution to some aspect of microsystems or nanotechnology, including microelectronics, photonics, optoelectronics, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), microfluidics, nanomaterials, and embedded software. The contribution must notably improve our understanding of, or demonstrate novelty in one or more of the following areas: applying fabrication technology; design methods and computer aided design tools; and or system architecture.

Confederation of University Faculty Associations of BC

The CUFA BC Distinguished Academics Awards celebrate the ideas that contribute to the non-academic community and demonstrate the necessity and vitality of public university-based research and scholarly activity. Cosmos Prize

The International Cosmos Prize is awarded for research work that has achieved excellence and is recognized as contributing to a significant understanding of the relationships among living organisms, the interdependence of life and the global environment, and the common nature integrating these inter-relationships. Cottrell Scholars

The Cottrell Scholar (CS) program champions the very best early career teacher-scholars in chemistry, physics, and astronomy by providing significant discretionary awards for research. Nurturing an interdisciplinary community of outstanding scientific/educational/academic leaders, the CS program fosters synergy among faculty at major U.S. and Canadian research universities and primarily undergraduate institutions. Outstanding candidates are admitted to the ranks of Cottrell Scholars through a stringent peer-review process based on their innovative research proposals and educational programs. Engineers and Geoscientists of BC

The President’s Awards are British Columbia’s top awards for professional engineers and professional geoscientists and have been developed to recognize the exemplary and outstanding professional, technical, and community contributions made by members of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia. The Environmental Award highlights the role of professional engineers and geoscientists in responsible environmental management. The Sustainability Award was created to recognize the important contribution that engineering and geoscience make to the well being of human life and the ecosystems on which we all depend. The Mentor of the Year Award recognizes excellence amongst mentors in the engineering and geoscience community in British Columbia. Eppendorf and Science Prize

The Eppendorf & Science Prize for Neurobiology encourages the work of promising young neurobiologists by providing support in the early stages of their careers.

Federation of Chinese Canadian Professionals (Ontario) Education Foundation Award of Merit

This award has been given annually by the Education Foundation since 1985 to recognize the outstanding professional achievements of distinguished Chinese-Canadians. Of note, the Award of Merit is intended for and has traditionally been bestowed upon senior academics who have made significant contributions to their field of scholarly work. The Award of Merit winner will be selected by an expert panel and the winner will receive a prize of $2,500 and a plaque in recognition.

Fields Medal

The Fields Medal is awarded every four years on the occasion of the International Congress of Mathematicians to recognize outstanding mathematical achievement for existing work and for the promise of future achievement.

Friesen International Prize in Health Research

The award supports an annual fall lecture or series of lectures by a worthy and accomplished speaker of international stature on topics related to the advancement of health research and its evolving contributions to society.

Frontiers Planet Prize

The ambition of the Frontiers Planet Prize is to directly address the planetary crisis, by mobilizing a maximum of scientists engaged in breakthrough research, with the greatest potential to stabilize the planet’s ecosystem. Each prize-winning scientist’s institution will receive one million Swiss francs, to support their continuing research, as well as worldwide exposure for their research.

Gabbay Award

The Jacob and Louise Gabbay Award in Biotechnology and Medicine recognizes, as early as possible in their careers, scientists in academia, medicine or industry whose work had outstanding scientific content and significant practical consequences in the biomedical sciences. Gairdner Awards for Biomedical Research

The Canada Gairdner International Awards recognize outstanding biomedical scientists who have made original contributions to medicine resulting in an increased understanding of human biology and disease. The Canada Gairdner Global Health Award honours scientifically based research that has improved the health and well-being of those facing health inequities worldwide. The Canada Gairdner Wightman Award honours a Canadian health researcher who demonstrates extraordinary leadership paired with exceptional science.

Gerda Henkel Prize

The Gerda Henkel Prize is awarded every two years to excellent and internationally acclaimed researchers who have demonstrated outstanding scholarly achievement in the disciplines and funding areas supported by the Foundation and can be expected to continue to do so. Gittler Prize

The Joseph B and Toby Gittler Prize recognizes outstanding and lasting scholarly contributions to racial, ethnic and/or religious relations.

Governor Generals Awards

Governor General's Awards in Visual and Media Arts The Governor General's Awards in Visual and Media Arts are Canada’s foremost distinctions for excellence in visual and media arts. Governor General's Literary Awards are given annually to the best English-language and French-language books in each of the seven categories of Fiction, Non-fiction, Poetry, Drama, Young People's Literature (Text), Young People's Literature (Illustrated Books), and Translation (from French to English, and from English to French). Governor General's Performing Arts Awards are Canada's foremost distinction for excellence in the performing arts, recognizing artists and arts volunteers for their outstanding lifetime contributions to Canada's cultural life. Governor General's Awards in Commemoration of the Persons Case salute Canadian contributions to the advancement of women's equality and celebrate Canada's evolution as an inclusive society. Governor General's History Awards honour excellence in educational and public programming about our history and heritage. Grawemeyer Awards

The Grawemeyer Awards are five annual prizes given in the fields of music, political science, psychology, education and religion. They were founded by H. Charles Grawemeyer to help make the world a better place.

Gruber Prizes

The International Prize Program honours individuals in the fields of Cosmology, Genetics, and Neuroscience, whose groundbreaking work provides new models that inspire and enable fundamental shifts in knowledge and culture.

Guggenheim Fellowship

Guggenheim Fellowships are intended for individuals who have already demonstrated exceptional capacity for productive scholarship or exceptional creative ability in the arts.

Harvey Prize

The Harvey Prize is awarded annually in a variety of disciplines within the categories of Science and Technology and Human Health. The Harvey Prize has also been awarded for Contribution to Peace in the Middle East.

Holberg International Memorial Prize

The Holberg Prize is awarded annually to scholars who have made outstanding contributions to research in the humanities, social sciences, law or theology.

Indianapolis Prize

The Indianapolis Prize awards $250,000 to an animal conservationist who has achieved major victories in advancing the sustainability of an animal species or group of species. The Prize also awards five finalists with $10,000 each. Granted biennially, this award was established to bring the world’s attention to the cause of animal conservation and the brave, talented and dedicated men and women who spend their lives saving the Earth’s endangered animal species.

IndSpire Awards

The IndSpire Awards recognize First Nations, Inuit and Métis individuals who exemplify Indigenous excellence and whose stories inspire, uplift, and educate Canadians about the tremendous contributions Indigenous people make to our country. Japan Prize

This award honours scientists and researchers worldwide who are recognized for having contributed significantly to the peace and prosperity of humankind through their original and outstanding achievements that have greatly advanced the progress of science and technology. The eligible fields of this award cover all fields of science and technology. Every year, two fields for the award presentation are chosen by considering the developments in science and technology.

Kluge Prize for Achievement in the Study of Humanity

Established with an endowment provided by the late John W. Kluge, the Kluge Prize recognizes and celebrates work of the highest quality and greatest impact that advances understanding of the human experience. The main criterion for the prize is deep achievement in the study of humanity. Nominees need not have worked primarily in academic institutions, but they are expected to have developed, in their creative pursuits or careers, unique insights into the forces that have shaped and continue to shape humankind. Candidates should be distinguished by their intellectual achievements, by the fundamental importance of their work and its influence on public affairs and civil society, and by the ability to communicate the significance of their work to broad audiences. The prize is a $500,000 award, conferred by the Library of Congress (USA), on a laureate from any part of the world.

National Foundation for Cancer Research

The Salisbury Award for Entrepreneurial Translational Research encourages and promotes innovative scientists and early stage startups to translate their discoveries into therapies that can improve the lives of cancer patients. The initiative is designed to catalyze and advance promising research innovations onto the path of commercialization. The Szent-Gyorgyi Prize for Progress in Cancer Research recognizes a person who has made an original discovery or achieved a breakthrough in scientific understanding that has been developed, by them or others, for better prevention, earlier diagnosis, or new treatments for patients with cancer.

Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council

Brockhouse Canada Prize for Interdisciplinary Research in Science and Engineering recognizes outstanding Canadian teams of researchers from different disciplines who came together to engage in research drawing on their combined knowledge and skills, and produced a record of excellent achievements in the natural sciences and engineering in the last six years. The Gerhard Herzberg Canada Gold Medal for Science and Engineering is awarded annually for both the sustained excellence and overall influence of research work conducted in Canada in the natural sciences or engineering. The NSERC John C. Polanyi Award honours an individual or team whose Canadian-based research has led to a recent outstanding advance in the natural sciences or engineering. The NSERC Awards for Science Promotion honour individuals and groups who make an outstanding contribution to the promotion of science in Canada through activities encouraging popular interest in science or developing science abilities. The Synergy Awards for Innovation recognize examples of collaboration that stand as models of effective partnership between industry and colleges or universities. Arthur B. McDonald Fellowships are awarded annually to recognize early stage academic researchers in the natural sciences and engineering and to enhance their research capacity so that they can become leaders in their field and inspire others. Arthur B. McDonald Fellowships were previously known as the E.W.R. Steacie Memorial Fellowships. The NSERC Donna Strickland Prize for Societal Impact of Natural Sciences and Engineering Research honours an individual or team whose research in Canada has led to exceptional benefits for Canadians.

The Frederic Esser Nemmers Prize in Mathematics is awarded for achievement and work of lasting significance in the field of mathematics. In particular, the prize recognizes major contributions to new knowledge or the development of significant new modes of analysis. The Nemmers Prize in Earth Sciences recognizes achievement and work of lasting significance in the field of earth sciences. The Erwin Plein Nemmers Prize in Economics is awarded for achievement and work of lasting significance in the field of economics. Niwano Peace Prize

The Niwano Peace Prize honours an individual or organization making a significant contribution to world peace through promoting interreligious cooperation.

Northern Science Award

Rosenstiel Award

The Lewis S. Rosenstiel Award for Distinguished Work in Basic Medical Research is given to scientists for recent discoveries of particular originality and importance to basic medical research.

Royal Canadian Geographical Society

The Massey Medal honours those who have contributed to the exploration, development or description of Canada’s geography. The Martin Bergmann Medal is awarded for distinguished accomplishments in Arctic leadership in the Canadian Arctic, excellence for a recent outstanding achievement, or for a lifetime of achievement. The Lawrence J. Burpee Medal recognizes an outstanding contribution or other achievement that greatly enhances the ability of the Society to fulfill its mission of making Canada better known on a national or international level, and/or contributes to the general advancement of geography. The Camsell Medal recognizes outstanding volunteer service to The Royal Canadian Geographical Society. The Sir Christopher Ondaatje Medal for Exploration recognizes singular achievements and the pursuit of excellence by an outstanding Canadian explorer or a non-Canadian for exploratory achievements within Canada The Joseph-Elzéar Bernier Medal recognizes an exemplary deed or activity that has enhanced or aided the Society in fulfilling its mandate at the international, national, provincial or headquarters level. The Louie Kamookak Medal is awarded by the Society to any person or organization which has been brought to the attention of the Executive Committee, Awards Committee, or to the CEO, as having made Canada’s geography better known to Canadians and to the world. It is also awarded for a noteworthy deed that has served to advance the discipline of geography. The Alex Trebek Medal for Geographic Literacy honours people who work beyond the expectation of their professions toward heightening geographic literacy.

Royal Society of Canada

Fellowship: Fellows of the RSC are distinguished Canadians from all branches of learning who have made remarkable contributions in the arts, the humanities and the sciences, as well as in Canadian public life. College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists: The RSC College is Canada’s first national system of multidisciplinary recognition for the emerging generation of Canadian intellectual leadership. Medals and awards: The RSC administers over 20 prestigious awards in recognition of outstanding achievement.

Royal-Mach-Gaensslen Prize

The prestigious Royal-Mach-Gaensslen Prize for Mental Health Research is awarded each year to an outstanding rising star researcher in the field of mental health, to recognize, encourage and support them as they pursue their research interests and goals.

Sloan Fellowship

These two-year, $75,000 fellowships are awarded yearly to early career researchers in recognition of distinguished performance and a unique potential to make substantial contributions to their field.

Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council

SSHRC Impact Awards recognize outstanding researchers and celebrate their research achievements, research training, knowledge mobilization, and outreach activities funded partially or entirely by SSHRC. The Gold Medal is SSHRC's highest research honour. It is awarded to an individual whose sustained leadership, dedication and originality of thought have inspired students and colleagues alike. The Talent Award recognizes outstanding achievement by an individual who, on April 1, 2021, holds a SSHRC doctoral scholarship or fellowship or postdoctoral fellowship. The Talent Award is given to an individual who maintains academic excellence, has a talent for research and knowledge mobilization and has demonstrated clear potential to be a future leader within and/or outside the academic sector. The Insight Award recognizes outstanding achievement arising from a single or multiple SSHRC-funded initiatives. It is given to an individual or a team of six people maximum (including the nominee) whose initiative(s) have significantly contributed to knowledge and understanding about people, societies and the world. The Connection Award recognizes an outstanding SSHRC-funded initiative that facilitates the flow and exchange of research knowledge within and/or beyond the social sciences and humanities research community. It is given to an individual or team whose initiative has engaged the campus and/or wider community, and has generated intellectual, cultural, social and/or economic impacts. The Partnership Award recognizes a SSHRC‑funded formal partnership for its outstanding achievement in advancing research, research training or knowledge mobilization, or developing a new partnership approach to research and/or related activities. It is awarded to a formal partnership that, through mutual co-operation and shared intellectual leadership and resources, has demonstrated impact and influence within and/or beyond the social sciences and humanities research community.

Steacie Prize

The Steacie Prize is presented once a year to a scientist or engineer of 40 years of age or less for outstanding scientific research carried out in Canada.

Stockholm Water Prize

The Stockholm Water Prize is awarded to a person or organization who contributes to the conservation and protection of water resources, and to the well-being of the planet and its inhabitants.

Tang Prizes

The Tang Prize in Sustainable Development recognizes those who have made extraordinary contributions to the sustainable development of human societies, especially through groundbreaking innovations in science and technology. The Tang Prize in Biopharmaceutical Science recognizes original biopharmaceutical or biomedical research that has led to significant advances towards preventing, diagnosing and/or treating major human diseases to improve human health. The Tang Prize in Sinology recognizes the study of Sinology in its broadest sense, awarding research on China and its related fields, such as Chinese thought, history, philology, linguistics, archaeology, philosophy, religion, traditional canons, literature, and art (excluding literary and art works). The Tang Prize in the Rule of Law recognizes individual(s) or institution(s) who have made significant contributions to the rule of law, reflected not only in the achievement of the candidate(s) in terms of the advancement of legal theory or practice, but also in the realization of the rule of law in contemporary societies through the influences or inspiration of the work of the candidate(s).

VinFuture Prizes reward breakthrough scientific research and technological innovations that catalyze meaningful change in everyday lives, that is, tangible and highly scalable improvements in areas such as productivity, prosperity, connectivity, health, safety, environment, sustainability, as well as the overall happiness of people regardless of their socioeconomic status.

West Coast Teaching Excellence Awards

The West Coast Teaching Excellence Awards recognizes excellence in post-secondary teaching over a number of years, primarily at the undergraduate level. An individual nominated for this award will be characterized by a proven commitment to enhanced student engagement and learning, a reflective and intentional approach to teaching practices, and dedication to teaching improvement including successful implementation of any of the 94 Calls to Action from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada.

Wolf Prize
