Your recruiter is assigned according to the location of your current or most recent high school, college or university.

For example, international students attending high schools in Victoria should contact the Vancouver Island recruiter.

If you're visiting UVic and would like to speak with a recruiter, go to the Welcome Centre in the Jamie Cassels Centre. Drop-in appointments are available on weekdays (excluding statutory holidays) during the following hours.

  • Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday & Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
