Orientation events
Fall Orientation
If you’ve been admitted to UVic, mark your calendar for Fall Orientation. This is your chance to explore campus, meet other new students and start your first year feeling more confident and connected.
Last year’s Orientation included campus tours, a New Student Welcome, faculty sessions, residence and move-in orientation, pancake breakfasts, a beach day, a Thunderfest celebration, a clubs and course union fair, and events for Indigenous and international students.
Event details change from year to year, but you can look forward to a full schedule of ways to meet people, learn your way around and have fun before classes begin. Learn more about Fall Orientation.
