The Digital Scholarship Commons at the Libraries offers a set of free workshops and events for the UVic community, in areas such as data analysis and visualization, research, writing and communication, makerspace tools, etc.

UVic advances SDG 4 by embracing a profound commitment to Indigenous engagement and decolonizing education. Dr. Vanessa Andreotti, the new Dean of the Faculty of Education, has worked extensively across sectors with NGOs, professional associations, governments, social movements, and communities.

CORE is a multidisciplinary centre, dedicated to enhancing the education of children and youth and transforming their learning through personalized tutoring services.

UVic’s commitment to advance SDG 4 is supported by CIFAL Victoria, a UN affiliated training centre delivering accredited courses, workshops, seminars and conferences in three continents.
