Groups & workshops

Here at the Student Wellness Centre (SWC), we encourage students to explore mental, physical, and spiritual wellness programs, support groups, and workshops.

In groups and workshops you can:

  • come to understand that your peers are experiencing the same concerns as you may be
  • share ideas on how to manage your concerns
  • connect with your peers to form friendships

What's available

Both the Student Wellness Centre and Multifaith Centre host a variety of mental, spiritual, physical and wellness programming: yoga, skills sessions, game nights, career workshops, meet-ups, sleep workshops, retreats, Pet Cafe and much more.
