Meet the team
Pamela Richards, Executive Director, Faculty Relations and Academic Administration
Establishes the overall strategy for Faculty Relations, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and sound risk management. Leads negotiations, provides guidance on collective agreement interpretation, and oversees the development of policies and frameworks supporting academic operations and employment matters.

Carolyn Cornford Greaves, Director, Faculty Relations and Academic Administration
Supports the Executive Director with day-to-day operations, including managing the Faculty Relations team and resolving employment and collective agreement matters within the VPAC portfolio. Oversees and manages grievances, arbitrations, and workplace investigations and supports policy reviews.

Carrie Hunting, Faculty Relations Consultant
Provides consultation and guidance to academic leaders and fauclty on the interpretation of the Collective Agreement. This includes matters related to reappointment, promotion and tenure, career progress, conflict resolution, discipline, resignations and retirements.
