Admission checklist

Checklist for both Master and Doctoral applications:

□  Transcripts

□  CV

□  Personal Statement

□  Minimum of 2 Assessment Reports

□  Proof of English language proficiency, if required

□  Proof of Degree

□  Any other documents you think will support your application. i.e. GRE scores, Certificates, Papers written etc.

□  Ensure you indicate which Discipline you are interested in: APPLIED, PURE, DISCRETE or STATISTICS.

Note: It is not required to find your own supervisor in order to apply. However, for the PhD or a thesis-based MSc degree, it is advised that you have already identified and communicated with potential supervisors with compatible research interests. A main factor determining your admission to the program is that a faculty member wants to be your supervisor and has the ability to provide part of your funding (unless you are fully funded by an external fellowship).
