Indigenous Students

We offer a limited number of priority placements in Family Housing dedicated to eligible Indigenous students and their families.

To be considered for Family Housing, students must submit an application in the housing portal.

Indigenous Priority eligibility criteria:

• The applicant must meet the academic eligibility criteria for Family Housing.
• The applicant has opted to self-identify as an Indigenous student in their housing application. Please note that the self-identification must be for the applicant/student, not other family members.
• A Family Housing application has been submitted in the housing portal.

If the above criteria is met, please email resfh@uvic.ca with your full name, UVic Student ID (V#) and indicate your interest in the Indigenous housing program. Placements are considered at the start of each term (Fall, Spring, Summer).
