Dr. Janne Veerbeek is an Assistant Professor. She is a Dutch physical therapist and clinical healthcare scientist with more than 20 years of clinical experience in mainly (hyper)acute neurorehabilitation.  Her research interest lies in predicting and optimizing functional recovery after storke in the context of motor rehabilitation, using clinical and real-world performance perspectives, while accounting for non-motor symptoms.  She values interdisciplinary approaches to tackling practice-based questions, as well as pragmatic approaches that facilitate implementation.
