Dr. Lara Lauzon is an Associate Professor. She has taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Lara also produced and hosted an award winning internationally syndicated health and fitness show called Body Moves. She has won numerous awards including a Faculty of Education Teaching Excellence Award (2007), a Graduate Student Award for Teaching Excellence (2000), the Victoria “Y” Women of Distinction Award for Fitness and Health (1997), and the B.C. Promotion Plus Leadership Award (1992) for promotion of girls and women in fitness and sport.
