Engineering and Computer Science co-op jobs access form

Complete this form if you would like access to search for engineering and computer science jobs in the Co-op portal.

Access to view jobs in the portal is granted on a term by term basis. Please submit a form for EACH term you want access to.

Please note: Access is not automatic; operations and events coordinators review each form to provide access or request more information from you. Please allow for 1-2 business day for processing. You will receive email confirmation once you have access.

Graduate supervisor approval
For graduate students only, excluding MTIS and MADS

Graduate students must have their graduate supervisor’s approval to do a work term. Please have your supervisor fill out this form. Once we review your access form request, you'll receive an email prompting you to submit your supervisor's approval.

Engineering undergraduate students: Please note that if you secure a fifth work term or higher using the Co-op portal, your co-op program fee will be equal to two installments. See the installment amounts here.

Before clicking submit below, please ensure you have fulfilled the following requirements:

  • be admitted into the co-op program
  • complete the Introduction to Professional Practice course
  • accept the co-op terms and conditions
  • for international students: have a valid co-op work permit or qualifying study permit
  • for engineering undergraduate students: complete the appropriate work term pre-requisite courses
