West Shore Campus location

UVic's West Shore Campus sits in the vibrant and growing community of Langford, close in proximity to UVic's Gordon Head Campus and downtown Victoria.

The West Shore Campus is currently under construction in the middle of Langford’s popular and fast-growing Goldstream Village neighbourhood. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, a public library and near Langford’s City Hall, the area is considered the downtown heart of the city. Set amongst programs from other post-secondary institutions, this will be a very vibrant campus.

"The new West Shore Campus is an exciting collaborative educational model that expands opportunities for students to learn throughout our region. Community-based education in the heart of Langford through the new campus is exciting because it means that local students can learn where they live, and we can offer them exciting opportunities to further their education through pathways to some of UVic’s top degree programs.”

Dr. Mina Hoorfar, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science
