We are upgrading our residences!
Please be aware of ongoing renovations and refreshes in the residence precinct throughout the summer season.

You may experience minor disruption, including minimal noise and dust, however, the University will do everything we are able to do to ensure that renovation work is as unobtrusive as possible. The ongoing construction has been considered in determining our short stay visitor accommodation rates. Please note that there will be no compensation or discounts due to work taking place on campus and/or relocation.

 
Apartments

A limited number of two-bedroom apartments are offered each year, based on availability. All apartments are fully furnished and have a maximum occupancy of two individuals per unit. Each apartment is self-contained and features:

  • Two bedrooms with one single bed in each room (please note that we do not have double beds)
  • Two bathrooms each containing one sink and one toilet, plus one shower room
  • A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven and cookware/dishes
  • A dining area with a dining room table and four chairs
  • A living area with a couch or chairs (no television)
  • Paid self-service laundry facilities located nearby

  • Housekeeping service provided twice a week for short-term stays

2026 Rental rates

Rates are per room, per night, and are subject to applicable taxes (GST, PST, and MRDT). Rates are subject to change annually.
