Laundry facilities

Card-operated pay laundry machines are available throughout the residence and family housing complex. To use the laundry facilities, residents will need to purchase a SmartCard at dispenser machines located in the Residence Services Main Office and outside of Caps Bistro in the Cadboro Commons Building.

SmartCards are $10 and can be registered at www.smartlaundry.ca. Registering a laundry card will allow you to:

  • purchase a value code to load onto your laundry card
  • review and print transaction history
  • obtain machine availability
  • report laundry problems.

Cards can be loaded up to $99, have no expiry date and balances are non-refundable. Lost cards cannot be replaced.

For further information about laundry cards and machines, please contact Coinamatic at 1-800-561-1972 or www.coinamatic.com.

Single load laundry detergent is available for purchase at the Residence Services office front desk.
