The Leadership in Engineering Applications and Practice (LEAP) program is a professional doctorate designed for senior working engineers.

This innovative, cohort-based program prepares professionals to lead large-scale, high-impact engineering initiatives. With a focus on applied research, technology integration and sustainability, LEAP develops leaders who drive change.
