Event support
We provide services to support events on campus including furniture rentals, cleaning and waste collection. While we're available for all events organized by UVic departments, agencies and student groups, we're most often involved in medium to large student life events, athletic meets and ceremonies.
Services
Furniture
We rent portable chairs, tables and tack boards for events. We can deliver them to your venue, set them up for you, and remove them when you're done with them.
Event cleanup
We can help clean and prepare your venue before and after your event.
Waste totes & collection
We can supply portable recycling, compost and waste containers for events and collect them afterwards. This is critical to keeping the venues of outdoor events like barbecues and large athletic events clean.
Event signage & maps
We rent sandwich board signs and metal H-frame yard sign posts. We can deliver them and help you place them where they'll be most visible without obstructing emergency exits. We can also prepare maps that you can use to help attendees find your venue.
