Report an issue
Student housing
Use UVic's housing portal to submit a maintenance request for your dorm or cluster building. Learn more about maintenance and cleaning on the Residence Services website.
Classroom & admin buildings or grounds
Use this to report a problem anywhere on campus that's not managed by Residence Services or one of UVic's student societies. This includes classroom and admin buildings and most outdoor spaces.
Accessibility
You can report accessibility barriers in UVic's built environment. We're responsible for maintenance of UVic buildings and grounds including:
- elevators and power door openers
- height-adjustable desks and accessible furniture in classrooms
- wayfinding signage and maps
- pathways and building entrances
You can report anonymously or provide contact information so we can follow up with you.
Student groups
Ratified clubs, course unions and other UVSS and GSS student groups can use our department-requested and -funded services.
Someone with signing authority for the group can request services through the UVSS General Office.
Book space for events
Students groups are eligible to book many spaces on campus for free.
They can also rent athletic facilities at competitive rates.
