What do we do with your feedback?

Your feedback is sent to The staff monitoring the account will respond to or forward your email to the appropriate department. If appropriate, your feedback will be shared with the Accessibility Committee to inform future versions of the Accessibility Plan.

Annually, as part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we will publish a summary of feedback received and steps taken to address concerns. Download our summary of feedback received on the draft Accessibility Plan (2023).
