What do we do with your feedback?
Your feedback is sent to accessibility@uvic.ca. The staff monitoring the account will respond to or forward your email to the appropriate department. If appropriate, your feedback will be shared with the Accessibility Committee to inform future versions of the Accessibility Plan.
Annually, as part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we will publish a summary of feedback received and steps taken to address concerns. Download our summary of feedback received on the draft Accessibility Plan (2023).
Feedback will not be attributed to any individual. Your privacy will be respected.
Currently, our web form does not have an accessible option to upload photos or documents, due to technical limitations with our system. If you would like to share materials with the Accessibility Committee, please email accessibility@uvic.ca. We apologize for any inconvenience while we work on a solution.
