Service requests
Facilities Management is the first point of contact for maintenance requests and information about UVic's physical environment across most of the UVic campus.
Anyone in the UVic community can report general maintenance problems using the form on this page. Otherwise, most of our services must be requested through FMIS, our online portal. Most departments have designated admin staff who have access to FMIS and manage service requests for their department.

Seen a leaking sink or broken window? Help us improve campus by reporting any urgent maintenance and cleaning issues you find.
Student housing
Maintenance and cleaning in student housing is managed by Residence Services. Residents can submit maintenance requests using the UVic Housing Portal.Contact us
