Service requests

Facilities Management is the first point of contact for maintenance requests and information about UVic's physical environment across most of the UVic campus.

Anyone in the UVic community can report general maintenance problems using the form on this page. Otherwise, most of our services must be requested through FMIS, our online portal. Most departments have designated admin staff who have access to FMIS and manage service requests for their department.

At this time, medium and low priority requests will be scheduled for follow up beginning in mid-September.
Response to health, safety and regulatory requirements will be prioritized.
