UVic Co-op and Career Fair - for exhibitors
The career fair will take place on February 24 + 25, 2027.
We are currently accepting expressions of interest from exhibitors, and exhibitor registration for the fair will begin in the fall of 2026.
UVic is excited to be hosting our first all-program on-campus career fair since 2019! Connect with thousands of UVic students and alumni at this two-day event (sign up for one or both days).
Our students and alumni are bright, highly motivated and trained in the newest theories and technologies.

Registration
To help exhibitors and students make strong connections at this event, we are recruiting companies/organizations using a two-step approach. Students are especially motivated by companies with active or near term intent to hire for career, co-op, or entry-level roles.
Step 1:
Tell us about your company/organization, including the skills you’re seeking, your industry/sector, and the types of students and graduates you’re looking to hire. No payment will be required at this stage.
We’ll cross reference your goals and needs with our student interests and determine the best fits all around. We’ll have limited space at this fair, but intend to open early registration to companies that have expressed interest and is a good fit for our students.
Step 2:
If your company/organization is a good fit, we’ll reach out to your team to complete your registration via Eventbrite—payment will be due at this time.
Exhibitor packages
Standard or Government (1-day package): $900 CAD + tax
This package includes:- 8-foot by 8-foot draped trade show booth
- 5-foot by 5-foot skirted table and 2 chairs
- Electricity hookup
- WiFi
- 2 hospitality packages (light breakfast, lunch, coffee/tea & snacks)
- 2 parking or bus passes
- Help with booth set-up and take-down
- Company description and link on event webpage
- Job posting on Co-op and Career portal
- Support arranging interviews (upon request)
Non-Profit (1-day package): $400 CAD + tax
This package includes:
- 8-foot by 8-foot draped trade show booth
- 5-foot by 5-foot skirted table and 2 chairs
- Electricity hookup
- WiFi
- 2 hospitality packages (light breakfast, lunch, coffee/tea & snacks)
- 2 parking or bus passes
- Help with booth set-up and take-down
- Company description and link on event webpage
Sponsorship packages
Event sponsors receive extra promotion and more opportunities to connect with students.
There are 3 levels of sponsorship. These rates will be confirmed in the fall of 2026.
Platinum Sponsorship (1-day package): $2,500 CAD plus tax
As a Platinum Sponsor, you’ll be in a prime booth location and will be invited to host an information session during the week of the fair. We’ll feature your logo on promotional material for the fair, receive 4 hospitality and parking passes, plus be included in an e-blast to 20,000+ students.
This package includes:
- Standard 1-day exhibitor package ($950 value)
- Prime booth location
- Host an information session during the week of the fair
- Your company logo featured on promo materials for the event
- Platinum sponsorship identification at your booth
- 4 hospitality packages
- 4 parking or bus passes
- Sponsorship promoted in e-blast to 20,000+ students
Gold Sponsorship (1-day package): $2,000 CAD plus tax
As a Gold Sponsor, you’ll be in a prime booth location and we’ll feature your logo on promotional material for the fair, plus be included in an e-blast to 20,000+ students.
This package includes:
- Standard 1-day exhibitor package ($950 value)
- Prime booth location
- Your company logo featured on promo materials for the event
- Gold sponsorship identification at your booth
- 3 hospitality packages
- 3 parking or bus passes
- Sponsorship promoted in e-blast to 20,000+ students
Silver Sponsorship (1-day package): $1,500 CAD plus tax
As a Silver Sponsor, you’ll receive 3 hospitality and parking passes and will have your logo featured on promotional material for the fair.
This package includes:
- Standard 1-day exhibitor package ($950 value)
- Your company logo featured on promo materials for the event
- Silver sponsorship identification at your booth
- 3 hospitality packages
- 3 parking or bus passes
Shipping your material
Some exhibitors prefer to ship their company material to campus before the event so that it’s here when the recruiter arrives.
Your material must arrive no sooner than Monday, February 8, 2027. If you’d like to have your material returned after the fair, label all items and include a completed waybill so our staff can arrange for courier pick-up after the fair.

Cancellation policy
Exhibitors must provide notice of cancellation by email.
- receive a 100% refund (minus a $50 administration fee) up to and including February 13, 2027
- receive a 50% refund (minus a $50 administration fee) if you cancel between February 14 and February 20, 2027
- no refund if you cancel on or after February 21, 2027
- refunds will not be granted for last-minute cancellations due to weather
