Project Summary
The Student Housing Expansion project seeks to meet the growing demand for on-campus accommodation, enhance the student experience, and create supportive living communities while aligning with the university's long-term goals.
The new housing project will be adjacent to Sinclair Road behind the Tower Residences, using land currently occupied by part of Parking Lot 5. The project will enhance the residence precinct through careful building design and pedestrian connections through the extension of the Campus Greenway.
Project Timeline
