If you already have a Zoom account, select the type of account you have below for infomation on how to join the UVic Zoom tenant.
Free account, non primaryid@uvic.ca email
We recommend you get a UVic Zoom account with your primaryid@uvic.ca email. A UVic Zoom account has more features than a free Zoom account and is provided at no cost to you.
Your existing login information on your personal free account remains the same.
Zoom Pro account, non primaryid@uvic.ca email
We recommend you get a UVic Zoom account with your primaryid@uvic.ca email and discontinue your paid account. A UVic Zoom account has more features than a Zoom Pro account and is provided at no cost to you.
Your existing login information on your personal paid account remains the same.

If you are unable to log in to uvic.zoom.us, please contact helpdesk@uvic.ca for assistance with migrating your account.
