Brief Banner Self Service outage Dec. 18th, 5:30am to 5:45am *revised*

Effective 10 hours from now: There will be a 15 min outage of Production Banner Self Service on Dec. 18th at 5:30am for an essential upgrade required for year end regulatory updates.

Banner SSB functions will not be available for this 15 min period and this may impact the Online Admissions app but all other banner related services will still be online.

Campus Call Server Patching (Rescheduled)

Effective 1 day from now: The Campus call server will have the latest Microsoft updates applied. There will be an interruption to Campus Call services as the server is restarted.

The Informed will be updated once the maintenance has completed.

NETS: Eduroam configuration updates - CLE Dec 18 2017 7:30 AM

Effective 12 hours from now: Network services will be updating the Eduroam wireless network in the Clearihue building at 7:30 AM on Monday, December 18 2017.

This update is to move Eduroam wireless authentication off of old proxy servers, directly through our ACS systems.

Access points in CLE will reboot and be unavailable for approximately 2 to 5 minutes while they update their configuration.

Once this configuration is tested and confirmed working, the Eduroam network will be updated campus-wide on Dec 20th, 2017. The campus-wide update will not require reboots of any access points.

Work will be completed by 8 AM.

Apex applications experiencing issues

Wireless maintenance for eduroam wireless

We will be taking additional production systems offline for emergency maintenance on December 17, at 8:00am. We anticipate that service to these systems will be restored to on-campus users at 12:00pm on December 17.

Services that will be unavailable from 8:00am, December 17 include:

Online Application to Graduate
Timely Program Declaration

NETS: Network Maintenance COR Firmware update

University Systems will be taking some production systems offline for emergency maintenance today, Dec 15, 2017 at 3:00PM.

All APEX applications will be taken offline. Applications include but are not limited to the following:

Transfer Credits System
Occupational Health and Safety databases
Webvote
Capital Projects System
AIMS
