Effective 15 hours ago: Systems Staff are investigating IMAP connectivity issues from the Exchange servers in EDC1 Data Centre.


***RESOLVED*** One of the EDC1 Exchange servers I MAP service was inactive.IMAP services are operating normally.

Restart of EDC1 SharePoint 2013 Server. (COMPLETED)

Effective 15 hours ago: The SharePoint 2013 Servers in EDC1 are experiencing a connectivity issue. Clients may experience a brief loss of connectivity while the servers are restarted.


***COMPLETED*** The restart of the Servers was completed successfully. EDC1 SharePoint services operating normally. Systems Staff continue to monitor.

Clearihue Data Centre Router * testing cancelled

Effective 13 hours ago: Turns out that testing is not required tomorrow morning. Change window is cancelled.

Tuesday morning at 7am Network Services will be performing testing related to the outage on Sunday. There is no service impact expected.

NETS: Network Maintenance IDC-ClimateModelling

Effective 6 hours from now: Network services will be migrating 'IDC-ClimateModelling' network from the research network to the campus network on 2017-01-17 @ 07:30. Users of this network should expect a short outage (30 minutes)
