The Raiser's Edge will be unavailable from 5pm - 6pm on Tuesday May 3rd in order to perform required maintenance.

University Systems (Olingo) Terminal Server Service Discontinued On May 3/16 @ 4:00PM

Effective 23 hours from now: Pending CAB approval, we will discontinue access to the old OU Admin Terminal server ( at 4:00PM on Tuesday, May 3, 2016. This service has been replaced by and the old server is no longer supported.

PaperCut Outage to delete unused accounts

Effective 3 days from now: We will be deleting all PaperCut accounts that are disabled in Active Directory and have seen no activity in PaperCut for at least 18 months in keeping with our policy posted at

All PaperCut printing services will be unavailable for approximately 1.5 hours to facilitate data recovery in case of an issue.
