Notes:
- PHYS 429A, PHYS 460A, PHYS 460B and PHYS 499 are taken in both the fall and the spring terms.

PHYS 317 (Thermodynamics) will be offered for the last time in the Spring 2027 term. In subsequent years, PHYS 217 (Introduction to Thermodynamics) will be offered in its place. Students whose programs require PHYS 217 should register for PHYS 317; this course will satisfy the PHYS 217 program requirement.
