Canadian Ambassador to China visits UVic

CAPI was on hand for an informal discussion with John McCallum, the Canadian Ambassador to China, during his recent visit to UVic, hosted by university President Jamie Cassels. CAPI was represented by Victor V. Ramraj (CAPI director), Phil Calvert (senior research fellow and former Canadian Ambassador to Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos), and Robyn Fila (program manager).
