Mary Yoko Brannen wins symposium award
CAPI Jarislowsky (Japan) Chair, Mary Yoko Brannen, recently won the All Academy 2013 Best International Symposium Award, along with four other presenters, at the Academy of Management conference in Orlando, Florida, August 9 to 13, 2013. The symposium titled, The Upside of Cultural Distance: A Positive Organizational Scholarship Perspective, looks at the benefits of working with people from different countries and cultures and the opportunities they can bring to an organization.
