This role reports to the Director, Indigenous and Human Rights, Institutional Capacity Building and supports:
  • University-wide culture change strategy
  • Planning, implementing and supporting, evaluating, and reporting on the effectiveness of the institutional culture change strategy
  • Collaborative efforts between OVPI/EQHR and other key campus units to develop proactive strategies to support capacity-building and culture change, including workshops and training, new assessment tools and reviewing past cases for opportunities to develop new methodologies going forward.
