Genevieve Stonebridge

At InspireHealth, Genevieve supports people with cancer and their loved ones. She does this through 1:1 counselling, facilitating and teaching workshops (such as healthy communication and self-care workshops) as well as teaching weekly meditation classes. She is also am a part of fundraising initiatives, as InspireHealth is a non-profit. In her 1:1 work at Rise Health, she provides counselling to people navigating the joys and sorrows that life presents them with.

My degree has helped me develop a career that I love and is meaningful to me. From strengthening of my clinical skills through practicum and course work, to the privilege of doing research on a subject dear to my heart, I am grateful for my UVic experience.
