Leadership is not a position, it's a process.

With us, you’ll investigate the role of leaders and educators in modern society. Leadership and education are inter-connected, multidisciplinary fields that affect many areas of our lives.

Our flexible programs cover a broad range of themes from policy and decision making to community and cultural leadership. Our faculty members bring global perspectives and collaborate with researchers worldwide.

Our master’s programs are focused in two areas:

  1. Adult Education and Community Engagement: explore the theory and practice of leadership and social learning. Focus on social, cultural, environmental, gender and political justice and change.
  2. Educational Administration and Leadership: prepare for a broad range of administrative, supervisory and leadership roles in a wide array of educational settings from pre-K to post-secondary.

PhDs are offered by special arrangement and depend on faculty availability.
