This 20-month post-degree professional program will prepare you for a career full of purpose and impact, guiding and providing an enriching environment to support the development of young learners.

In this program, you'll gain foundational knowledge about elementary learning environments & the role of elementary educators.

Through hands-on learning, you'll come away with a strong understanding of how to effectively lead elementary classrooms.

Elementary classrooms should be a safe, supportive space where children can grow into kind, capable individuals. This program prepares you to create a learning environment that helps young students navigate an ever-changing world.

Through culturally responsive teaching and thoughtful guidance, you’ll build a foundation of trust, helping students develop the confidence and emotional strength to thrive—both in the classroom and beyond.
