Rescheduling accommodated exams

The CAL Assessment Program is available to invigilate rescheduled exams depending on available space and staff. 

To submit a rescheduled exam invigilation request:

  1. Coordinate a date and time for your students from the list below
  2. Submit your request by email to the CAL Assessment Program at least one week before the chosen date

Your email must contain:

  • The names or student numbers of students writing with the CAL Assessment Program
  • Original exam date
  • New exam date and start time
  • Exam version: original or alternate
  • Exam delivery and return methods
  • Any changes to original exam details

The CAL Assessment Program is available to invigilate exams on the following dates and times. If the reason for rescheduling an exam is a scheduling accommodation, like one exam per day, you can contact us directly for expanded availability. Contact the CAL Assessment Program if you have any further questions.

  • August 21: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • August 24: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • August 26: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

September

  • September 01: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
